About Weavetex

A Weaving Workshop That Speaks Brand

We make the details that carry a clothing brand's name — woven labels, webbing, elastic and tape — on our own looms, under one roof.

From Webbing For Local Factories To Custom Trim For Brands Worldwide

Weavetex started on a small row of needle looms weaving webbing for garment factories around us. As those factories began producing for international brands, our work changed: what brands needed was not just strong straps, but their own name — woven cleanly, delivered on schedule, consistent from batch to batch.

Today our workshop runs computerized jacquard and needle looms for one purpose: the branded details of a garment. Main labels and size tags. Jacquard webbing with a logo woven straight into the strap. Logo elastic for waistbands. Care labels, hang tags and lanyards that finish the story.

We work the way clothing brands need their trim suppliers to work: a physical sample before you commit, photo proof before production ships, and inspection on every roll before it is packed. Whether you order one design at 1,000 pieces or a full season across twelve styles, the same looms, yarns and QC standard apply.

How We Work

Four Commitments On Every Order

Sample First

Hold a real woven sample in your hands before you commit to production. Sampling takes 3–5 working days from approved artwork.

Photo Proof

You see photos of the actual production batch — not a rendering — before anything leaves our workshop.

Every Roll Inspected

Weave density, yarn color and edge quality are checked roll by roll. Anything off-standard is rewoven, not shipped.

Same Standard, Any Quantity

MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces per design, produced on the same looms and inspected to the same standard as full-season runs.

Yarn Library, Loom Floor, Finishing Bench

Orders move through three spaces: a yarn library where we match your Pantone references to stocked polyester and cotton yarns, the loom floor where jacquard and needle machines weave your design, and the finishing bench where labels are cut and sealed, straps are edge-stitched and hardware is assembled.

Keeping all three under one roof is what lets us sample in days and hold quality steady across production runs — nothing in your order waits in someone else's queue.
